Chemotherapy Schemas and Roadmaps:

((The following are suggested treatments. The International PPB Registry is not conducting prospective treatment studies for PPB. Treatment decisions are the responsibility of local physicians.)

For Type I PPB, the Registry suggests that physicians send pathology to the Registry for review and, depending on the Type I findings, consider use of VAC chemotherapy. See suggested schema and roadmaps below..

For Types II and III PPB,in addition to maximal surgical attempts to control disease, the Registry suggests therapy using ifosfamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and actinomycin D (IVADo). Please contact the Registry for specific details including suggested schema and roadmaps.
